Rosiedog update.

little Rosiedog turns 2 next month. I can't believe how fast time has gone.

shes developed into a lovely little dog, feisty when she needs to be but very loving.

I cant' imagine life without her now.

This week she has been speyed, we thought long and hard about this and decided to go ahead. we don't plan on her having puppies and I would hate for her to get 'accidentally' pregnant. All's gone to plan and shes now home recuperating, the most difficult thing is trying to stop her running and jumping, however she absolutely hates the body suit and refuses to move in it!

we put her in a bigger size as seems a little more comfortable in it. It's going to be a long 2 weeks of recuperation!

Reasons to be cheerful!

After much dithering about whether I should continue blogging or not, I've decided to carry on. I really like blogging, but with the ever growing social media trends I often felt very inadequate and boring, and blogging seems to be losing favour against other social media platforms.

I've felt a bit lost with it recently but I've given the blog another refresh and accepted it will be a mix of my travel adventures and life outside of work. Which these days is very boring, normally walking Rosie dog , reading or crafting of some sort. all the things that make me happy and give me reason to be cheerful!

Todays cold and frosty walk and a new book!

Hello 2024 !

I don't know how everyone else finds the festive season but I am utterly frazzled! it always seems to be a long lead up and then its gone. This December we had a lot of entertaining and socialising and for an introvert like me i found it exhausting! Even Rosie-dog had had enough by new years!

But here we are, back to work and looking forward to the new year and all that it may hold. This is the year that I turn 60 and there are lots of exciting things planned out throughout the year, its certainly going to be a fun year and one I am most excited to journey through.

I wish those that pop by my little blog a healthy and happy 2024.

A Cornish Easter.
