The last weekend of July we snook off to a local'ish site for a couple of nights with friends. The Old Oaks is a fabulous little site and immaculately kept. On a good traffic day we can get there in an hour. We only stayed 2 nights but it was lovely to spend time with our friends. We were lucky enough to be able to sit out both afternoon/ evenings despite inclemental weather. Rosie dog stayed home so we had a dog free weekend for a change.
I didn't take many pictures walking around Glastonbury as it was raining, so we headed into The George and Pilgrim for a fabulous Sunday Lunch. I can highly recommend it.
All in all it was a lovely weekend away.
