Blimey!

What a day, don't know what came over me..up and out early to pick up the specs, hit the mall at 9am

to find Santa's landed..there was already an orderly Que forming..

then picked up the new specs, love them, resisted the urge to shop,

got home and decided to hit the kitchen, cookery books were taking over, forgot to take a picture of them on the dresser before hand, but here's the pile

all sorted and replaced

I really need to clear out the top cupboards but I'm scared, there's so much stuff in there.

absolutely no idea why I can never think of something to cook given the amount of cook books we have, I had hoped to have quite a pile for the charity shop but all I managed to put in the pile for the CS was this

There would have been a gap on the dresser If I had given more!

Then we gave in to the ' can we put our tree up' not an unusual request at this time of year, but given we have no room to put a tree the size they wanted it involved some removals

Despite Max's interest as yet he hasn't attempted to pull it over

an hour later the boys had it decorated, they even put the lights on! no designer trees here.

now don't be fooled , that's only stage 1, there's an artificial tree in the back room and  a miniature tree in the hallway that needs decorating tomorrow, then there's the lights ! inside and out... hubs is going to be busy tomorrow...the joy of having kids at Christmas..
